This morning we received the odd news that the Paris versions of G2-4T and G2-9T are ‘missing’. A YouTube video posted by Adnan17able show a walk-through of the French spaceport, but at the 1 minute mark in Secteur 2 (that’s Deux), we can obviously see that our chatty goose droids are missing.

Our own Alex Newborn dreamed of owning an action-figure-scaled StarSpeeder toy for over two decades, and in this video glimpse into his Star Tours collection, he takes the viewer on a journey recounting the chronology of a quest that occupied literally half his life.

This will be a year long remembered: 2011, the year that Disney and Lucasfilm deliver the goods of what is now dubbed STAR TOURS: THE ADVENTURES CONTINUE.  To everyone else, it’s just Star Tours.  Fans have waited years, even decades for this new attraction after rumblings were leaked that a script for a new adventure involving podracing was complete.  Nobody really knew for sure just how much longer they had to wait but now that the wait is over, it was worth it!
