With Big Thunder Ranch closed since January, many of the facilities toward the back end of Frontierland and beyond have been demolished in preparation for the construction of the Star Wars Experience coming to Anaheim’s Disneyland. The same land will also be built in Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Orlando.

Many of the Star Wars attraction show buildings will be built right next to Mickey’s Toon Town as you can see in the construction photos.

Below, the cleared out view from Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, what used to be rock formations and trees is now completely open dirt.
