SWCA – Rancho Obi-Wan Experience

Anaheim, Calif. — Star Wars Celebration Anaheim surprised everyone from the amount of things to see and people to see, much like the Star Wars universe itself. One of the highlights was Steve Sansweet’s Rancho Obi-Wan Experience, which offered visitors just a small glimpse into the variety of sheer passion that goes into the world of Star Wars collecting. Rancho Obi-Wan itself is home to the world’s largest privately-owned Star Wars collection housed in Sonoma County just outside of Petaluma, California. Visiting the mecca of Star Wars collecting museum is not an easy task for most,  but for the thousands of visitors to Star Wars Celebration Anaheim, the Rancho Obi-Wan Experience was part of your daily admission, and a complete mistake if you skipped it!

SWCA – Star War Rebels Highlights

Anaheim, Calif. – The excitement and energy of Day three of Star Wars Celebration Anaheim belonged solely to Star Wars Rebels; with a panel in the morning and Season 2 premiere in the early evening. Attendance for both events were huge for the Disney XD animated series entering its sophomore year, with the premiere hitting capacity hours before show time.

SWCA – Disney Parks & Star Wars Merchandise Panel

Anaheim, Calif. – The first day of Star Wars Celebration Anaheim kicked off with the trailer but by later in the afternoon, we at EndorExpress were eager to find out what was happening in the Disney Parks, and especially with the merchandise. The Behind-the-Scenes Stage was the setting for the “Disney Parks & Star Wars Merchandise – This is Where the Magic Begins” panel with Brad Schoeneberg presenting fans with what’s to come.

Springfield U.S.A. opens in Hollywood

Universal City, CA — The colorful world of The Simpsons family has finally made it to Hollywood! Universal Studios Hollywood that is. The cartoon TV family has been on the air for 26 seasons already with a 27th in the works, making this theme park experience long over due.  But Hollywood wasn’t the first stop for The Simpsons, which had their Springfield USA back in 2013 and both resorts opened The Simpsons Ride in 2008.

LEGOLAND California’s Death Star

LEGOLAND California Resort constructed a new technological terror for their Star Wars Miniland earlier this month and they should indeed be too proud of it. The planet shaped Death Star display is made out of over a half million LEGO bricks, standing 13-feet high, 8-feet wide, and weighs over 1,900 pounds. That’s a lot of LEGO!
