The Disney Theme Parks Merchandise panel was hosted by Brad Schoeneberg (Product Developer) and Cody Hampton (Product Developer) and Quynh Kimball (Graphic Designer).

Last year, Disney Parks fans learned that “The Adventures Continue” with the return of a new Star Tours attraction in both California and Florida in 2011. Earlier today at the Star Wars Celebration V fan event, Star Wars fans caught a first glimpse of a new video that will appear in the queue area of the reimagined Star Tours attraction in Disneyland park and Disney’s Hollywood Studios next year. The video produced by Star Tours is a new “commercial” that shows one of their exciting getaway travel packages.
Today we’re also giving our Disney Parks Blog readers a peek at the video before it appears in the queue next year. While Star Tours now offers flights to new destinations, we cannot confirm that you will travel to any of the destinations shown in this video . . .

Since Star Wars Celebration V is in Orlando you would have to expect some cool Star Tours exclusives. The folks at Disney Theme Park Merchandise were kind enough to pass along some info and images of some of the exclusives they will have available at Celebration.
Be sure to catch the Disney Parks Toy Collectors Panel, currently scheduled on Friday, Aug 13 from 12-1pm. Where you can hear more about Disney Parks exclusive toys. Located at the Behind-The-Scenes Stage with Pablo Hidalgo (W414 ABCD).

Celebrating the 30th Anniversary of The Empire Strikes Back, Massive Fan Event will Take Place in Orlando, Florida August 12-15, 2010; Registration Will Go Live Thursday, December 10th
Commemorating the 30th Anniversary of Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back and the ongoing, weekly adventures of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Lucasfilm Ltd. and Reed Exhibitions’ PopGroup will partner to produce what’s expected to be one of the largest official Star Wars fan events ever — featuring cast and crew celebrities, fan-run events, costumes, music, live entertainment, screenings, autographs, collectibles, panels and sneak peaks into the future of Star Wars.
Star Wars Celebration V will take place August 12-15, 2010, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
